I must have clicked on a link from an unknown sender. They then started sending emails from my account, including that bad link. Pat noticed the suspicious email activity immediately. His assistant Michael immediately changed my Microsoft password; called me; got me logged in again with my new password on my phone, laptop and office. Just like MasterCard, some things are "priceless”. This could have been disastrous for me; and turned out to be only a brief interruption. Michael's calm, slow and reassuring manner created the perfect "yin-yang" balance to his quick and masterful response to the hack! A million thanks!
